Residential Doors
Limited Residential Warranty
At Neo Modern Steel Doors, we design and manufacture modern steel garage doors built for durability, performance, and long-term reliability. This Limited Residential Warranty reflects our commitment to quality materials, precision craftsmanship, and responsible product care.
This warranty applies to Neo Modern Steel Doors products installed at residential properties and used under normal residential operating conditions, in accordance with our installation and maintenance requirements.
Warranty Eligibility
- Valid only for the original purchaser
- Applies exclusively to the original residential installation address
- Covers single-family homes and residential multi-unit properties
- Warranty is non-transferable
- Annual professional servicing is mandatory to maintain warranty coverage
Warranty Coverage
Paint Finish Warranty (10 Years)
Covers factory-applied paint finish against rust-through resulting from paint failure, including cracking, peeling, or splitting under normal residential conditions.
Not Covered:
- Surface rust, scratches, dents, or cosmetic imperfections
- Damage caused by impact, abrasion, or external factors
- Any repainting, recoating, or surface treatment applied outside the factory
Door Sections & Construction
Covers defects in materials and workmanship of steel door sections when installed and used in standard residential applications.
Hardware & Spring Warranty (3 Years)
Covers defects in materials and workmanship of operational components, including:
- Springs
- Hinges
- Rollers
- Tracks
- Functional operating hardware
Mandatory Annual Service Requirement
- Professional service once every year is required
- Service must include inspection, lubrication, alignment checks, and operational testing
- Proof of maintenance may be requested
Failure to complete annual servicing may result in partial or full warranty voidance.

- Normal wear and aging
- Missed or improper maintenance
- Improper installation or handling
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Misuse, abuse, or abnormal operation
- Pressure washing or harsh cleaning methods
- Corrosive or harsh environmental exposure
- Natural disasters or severe weather
- Vandalism or accidental damage
- Incompatible material runoff
Warranty Limitations
This warranty covers materials only. Labor, service calls, removal, reinstallation, transportation, and shipping costs are not included.
